Most wheel loader owners are not strange to wheel loader electronic scales, but about its accuracy,
how much do you know? Most manufacturers tell their customers that the accuracy of the onboard
scales is "1% error". Then for the client, how to understand this “1% error”? Let’s see how “error”
Generally, wheel loader electronic weighing scale's error has a great relationship with the wheel loader's
conditions and the driver's operating habits. When we commission some loader electronic scale, some scales'
repeatability and linearity are quite good, its error is less than 10kg; but some wheel loaders can not, after the
installation of electronic on board weighing scales, the error will be about 20kg to 30kg, while some even reach
to 50kg, which have a great relationship with customers' loaders.
Although loader electronic scale can adjust the throttle size compensation, but some customers use it for
ingredients, they don’t want to have no error, but it is not possible. Electronic loader scale is different from
other static weighing electronic scale, because it belongs to the dynamic weighing. A little vibration of loader
operation may cause to error about 10kg, so the customers should not have high requirements for dynamic scales.
After all, it is not up to such a high precision. This scale is only used to prevent overloading or rough ingredients.
If you want very high precision of ingredients, then we don’t recommend you to use it.
Nowadays, on the market, the accuracy of most dynamic scales are 1% to 3%. For example, wheel loader scale,
belt scale, quantitative feeder and pulley grab bucket scales are belong to dynamic weighing, their precision is
not too high, customers should know this before purchasing.
