Dynamic axle scale adopt the principle of resistance strain, the detection principle is:

2. The electric resistance strain gauge that Pasted on the surface of the elastic body with the elastic body linearly proportional to
the deformation, Strain gauge resistance change according to the effect of the resistance strain.
3. Connection the resistance strain gauge of different positions, composed the Wheatstone bridge, amplified the change of voltage
output that due to the change in resistance.
4. According to an electrical signal output, back-calculated the elastomer magnitude of the force to determine the tire pressure, and then
come to the axle and vehicle weight information. The basic process of weighing is:When the first axle on the weighing bent plate, its weight
acting in the bent plate sensor, sensor stress deforming, the bridge outputs a voltage signal, the signal transferred to the display instrument
through the cable, indicator conversion the input analog signal though amplified filtering and digital processing into weight and display
When the car first axle leave, the indicator displays the weight of the first axle. When the second axle on the weighing bent plate, the
instrument displays the weight of the second axle, When the second axle left the weighing plate bending , the indicator displays the
accumulated weight of the first and second axle. The third and subsequent axle weighing process as above.
